When I found stacey she knew exactly how to handle my skin and how to fix all the damage done. She is extremely educated on her products (which are all organic and vegan). Bought a gift certificate for my fiancé almost a year ago from Christy May. I have called Christy May several times to book an appointment for him since the gift certificate is almost expired. She said she had no appointments before it expires so she cannot honor the certificate. I asked for my money back since the certificate does not say no refunds. I sent her a picture of the certificate. All it says is expires after 1 year. She has been rude and uncooperative in giving me my money back. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR HER SERVICES TO ANYONE!!!
