My girlfriend went here and said she had an awful experience. They cut her cuticles so bad that most of her fingers were bleeding. They didn’t have the same color she did on her hands for her feet in regular polish. They told her they would do a gel pedicure and not charge her extra since they didn’t have the correct polish. They proceeded to charge her for the gel pedicure… The design looks sloppy with uneven filing on most of her nails and left her hands a mess. She said she has never had a manicure this bad and she will never be going back Update: you may be a more successful business if you focused on customer satisfaction instead of denying complaints and posting fake good reviews. Just a thought!

Was very excited to try this salon. The pictures looked great on Instagram. Over the phone, they were also very nice. When I got there, I knew there was going to be a language barrier. Granted, I’m used to this in Miami but the salon was not welcoming at all. My appointment was for 5:30 but no one was ready until 6:15. Normally, I understand that there’s a delay but other nail techs were just sitting around talking. Maybe they couldn’t do what I needed but it still wasn’t a good look. I couldn’t communicate with the nail tech, but the receptionist told her what I needed. She was doing a great job and was very sweet. Around 7pm, the receptionist asked me to pay. I was far from done with my nails but they looked fine (at that point) so I paid. They close at 7:30 but I wasn’t the only one lef

I had a bad nail job (see before pic), and I went in for an emergency fix. Rachel did an amazing job, and she gave me the chrome look that I wanted. So grateful and will be back to this place the next time I’m in Miami.

I found this place through google because it’s fairly close to my gym and needed to get them done for an event that weekend. I made an appointment for dip manicure and regular pedicure. I was there a total of about 3 hours and I was not even offered water. My pedicure came out great and they lasted, but my dip manicure was cracked by the 2nd day and by the 5th day they all started chipping 😔 (the color was funny bunny) Dip and gel usually last me 2-3 weeks depending the brand. It was way too pricey to only have them last me 5 days at most. 💔

This place is hit or miss. I started coming here last year doing walk ins and had great experiences. Lately I’ve made appointments that were rushed despite not having other clientele, or the services performed were of poor quality. My last experience was a gel mani / gel pedi appointment. The gel maní was noticeably uneven and started to crack and chip within 3 days. The nail tech doing my pedi also didn’t cut/file my toe nails evenly, and filed into my skin so there was an open cut which burned once acetone was put on it. I used to like this place but lately my last 2 experiences with them have not been satisfactory.
