Hands down the WORST nail salon experience I’ve ever had! I booked an appointment for both hands and feet — which they confirmed — and it was a disaster from start to finish. First, they didn’t have multiple colors I asked for, so I had to settle for something I didn’t even want. Then, halfway through doing my pedicure, they told me they couldn’t do my hands because the nail tech “had to leave suddenly” with ZERO explanation. The tech didn’t speak a single word of English, and the person who was supposed to translate completely ignored his calls. While doing my pedicure, they even chipped one of my real nails and didn’t bother to apologize or fix it. Because of their delays and poor communication, I had to cancel another appointment which I had booked because they promised me the service

My two younger sisters (18 and 14) went in to get their nails done on August 31st for back to school. They wanted to get acrylic nails but for some reason the lady did gel-x nails on them which are basically just glued on nails with gel over them. They paid $90 and $75 dollars each. The nails on my youngest sister didn’t even last longer than 3 days. One of them popped off within three days, so naturally we went in to get it fixed the day before school started. They made us wait for a minimum of an hour and 30 minutes to get the one nail fixed. When I asked why they had done gel-x on her instead of uv-gel or acrylics, she said my sister was young and had a short nail bed and she doesn’t get her nails done often (which makes no sense because my nail bed is the same size. why should age affe

Angela was wonderful, took her time to do the design and asked questions. The shape was great and the nails did not chip, break or feel rushed. Also a great price compared to other salons in the area. Also has a pedicure done, it was a good experience with massaging included and the massage chair work well. I would recommend to everyone. She was able to do complex designs with ease that other salons struggle with. She also has all of the colors and materials for simple to complex colors and designs. Other places charge more and have limited colors or materials. It does get busy on some days, but you can call ahead for an appointment or ask if they are busy and walk in. I have been here thrice over last 3 years since its very close to my house. First time service was really good 3 years ago. But last 2 times (recently) i got really annoyed. There is an asian woman who ask everyone to wait until Angela is here. But Angela never came and the Asian woman ended up doing pedicure (gel) first time and manicure(gel) next time but the quality was the worst. Hurt my fingers few times and the whole service was ridiculous. Never been to nail salon like this one. Still after 2 months the nail gel doesn’t come off(usually comes off in 3 weeks) and my nail is breaking off deep which hurts like hell. I gave them a second chance with the manicure but same thing. Will never go back here and please avoid! Avoid the older asian woman; never let her touch your nails.

I don't do nails very often, maybe just 3-4 times a year for important holidays. Tried this nail salon since their price is very reasonable. It turned out great. I am happy with the result. I am happy for the result, ready for the holidays.
