Angel Nails

Update - while my daughter was dissapointed with her nails the customer service here is fabulous. This is a learning experience for my daughter to speak up for herself in the moment. Thank you Angel nails for doing the right thing and refunding our money. We will consider going back. I've never had an experience like this before and I appreciate the immediate positive response to my request.

Amazing experience! I really enjoyed getting my pedicure and manicure done here. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and friendly staff. The salon was very clean and I will definitely be coming back!

I came in for a gel pedicure and a French gel manicure. The pedicure was great—clean, thorough, and relaxing. However, my experience with the manicure left me feeling dismissed, disrespected and uncomfortable. During the manicure, I politely asked if one of the white tips on the French design could be made slightly thinner to better match the others. It was a small correction, not a demand for perfection. Rather than adjusting it, the technician became visibly frustrated, put down his tools, and told me they weren’t going to be even anyway, and that I could go elsewhere if I wasn’t happy. I tried to calmly explain that I wasn’t expecting them to be identical—just that one was noticeably thicker than the others—but he was adamant that they wouldn’t be to my liking and repeated that I shoul

We are new to the area and wanted to try them because of the high reviews. We tried calling in advance to make an appt but they didn’t answer during hours advertised as open. Unfortunately when we stopped in to ask about 2 pedicures we were met with “No, we don’t have room.” No offer for a later time, another day, nothing. Just nope, nothing. There were only 2 people working and a lot of empty chairs so it would appear they are not in need of any new clients. If you’re looking for a new place, I wouldn’t suggest trying them.

I am in love with my nails!! First time in 10 years that I’ve had acrylics and first time doing this shape. The customer service is phenomenal!! They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied before during and after the service! This will be the only place I go to and recommend from here on out! I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful nails ☺️☺️
