UPDATE 11/17/25: I noticed one of my nails already chipped. I got these done Saturday; it is Monday. I didn’t do anything hard or was hard on my nails at all. I’m SO disappointed. NEVER again. Picture posted for reference. If I could give zero stars I would. I made a last-minute appointment 11/15/25 for 9:15 AM after a last minute family member was coming to town, and while the salon looked nice when I walked in, the actual experience was very disappointing. During my pedicure, the nail tech commented on my hairy legs even after I apologized. It’s winter in Wisconsin; it happens. Then, when clipping my toenails, I apologized again since I don’t get routine pedicures, and she commented about how long they were as well. Liars liars liars!!!! Never going here again! I called ahead and made my appointment with Andy like I always do. They confirmed to me that it’s with Andy. When I get there they gave me a seat and told me to pick my color. Then a lady named MK sat down and asked what I was having done. I told her and said I have an appointment with Andy…. Apparently Andy moved to Florida but yet they told me over the phone I have an appointment with him? I was so mad and I just let her do my nails instead of just walking out. What a mistake! Not only did they lie to me on the phone but in person when I got there too! This is what I asked for and this is what I got!

I have tried many nail salons in the area since moving here, and Angel Nail Spa is the one who consistently gives excellent results. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. There is no harsh lighting. The decor is classy and comfortable rather than feeling like a clinical setting. Everyone is nice. It's a ways from my home, especially with the construction everywhere in town, but I make the drive because its worth it.

Went in for basic pedi. Got upgraded to bomb spa without my permission and charged and that was $65 the an additional $25 for shellac pedi. So $90 for a pedicure that was “ok” Come on. I was in town for work so not a regular . Then she did the fill on my nails and they looked a bit bubbly. No thanks. I shoulda complained that day but sometimes it’s just not worth the hassle. Not going to this over priced salon again. Nice people though

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! Kay did an absolutely amazing job on my nails — she's incredibly professional, detailed, and really takes pride in her work. Whether I come in with a vague idea or a solid plan of what I want done, Kay delivers! I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about delivering high-quality service. Also, a big shoutout to Amy, who runs the nail salon and spa so well. She's a fantastic boss and creates such a warm and welcoming environment. The whole team works together seamlessly, and it really shows in the quality of service. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for skilled, professional, and friendly nail care!
