Angel Nails

I wish I could give this place no stars. This is going to be a long review due to my horrible experience! I came into Angel nails around 6:00 My intentions was just to get my nails done because I knew they closed at eight so I did not want to be on a time crunch with getting my nails and my toes done. I walked in. I told the lady I just want my nails done. I was looking at the colors and she asked if I wanted my toes done I said That’s not what I wanted to do because I know you guys close at eight and I’m not trying to get rushed out of here. She said no no no we have enough time. Come sit down so I said OK getting my toes done for the pedicure was not bad at all. I was relaxed. It came out nicely. Wonderful. So Jen that did my nails. She started my nails around 7 o’clock. She finished up

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. When I came in the technician was in a chair taking a nap. I asked for a full set. so the technician starts to remove the existing acrylics using a butter knife type utensil. Not such a huge issue except when I made it clear it was painful she chuckled and continued. I asked for almond shaped nails and not only are these oval they look like a brand new beauty school student did them instead of a supposed professional. I am visiting from out of town but please save your money and your sanity. Poor customer service and awful rendering of service. She also asked to shape my eyebrows, but at that point all trust was lost. Then to be charged $76!!! The place is filthy with old coagulated polish maybe that’s why my manicure looks so thick and clumpy.

3x in a row a big disappointment. No matter what time you get there you will have to wait. This morning I was the 2nd person after opening. 3 tech standing around an I still waited about 30min while they were walking around.One person looking at TV. Then my pedicure was the absolute worst. This is what came from not cleaning under and removing the deadskin beside my toe. I was able to do it with my nails. I ask for square shape and got I don't know what plus It look like a toddler polished my toes and the owner states it's because the polish in the bottle is to thick. Wait! What! The older lady cut me I don't know how many times, but never again. I tried 3 different times and never had a good experience. $51 what a waste of money & time

First time here. Was looking for a new shop since moving to area. Jennifer was very nice and welcoming. Told her what I wanted and she executed it. Plus we laughed and had great conversation. She definitely made me want to return.
