I had a very disappointing experience during my visit last week with Jessica. When I politely mentioned that I didn’t like how thick the French tip was, the nail tech became rude and told me I should’ve said something earlier—even though I had already expressed my preference. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that she started speaking in another language to her coworker, clearly talking about me. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the quality of the work was poor. Within just a few days, my nails started lifting, which is a clear sign of a rushed or improper prep job. I expected better for the price I paid and will not be returning.

I just had my pedicure done today. I got a worst experience ever. They are not a professional at all.Place is so dirty . Customer service is zero star. I’m adding the picture just after pedicure 🥴 I think I don’t need to explain 🤕🫣

Super unprofessional they up charged and also charged my mother for a manicure that was supposed to be free included in her pedicure package. They didn’t do the design she asked for and seemed annoyed she brought her own nail polish. On top of this my pedicure was rushed and sloppy. The prices are not worth the quality of the work. My mother also got a nail infection coming here a bit ago. On top of that the staff is incredibly rude at times even speaking about you right in front of you. Dirty and disappointing.

I went here to get a pedicure and i felt with worst feet i came in with. the staff was so rude and started to yell at me and then started more chaos with all of the other workers. i will never come here again and spent 40! for my feet to still have dead skin on it!
