I really don't understand the poor reviews for this lovely nail salon. I have been a customer for years and I am always pleased with the service I receive. Jenny is my go to technician and I absolutely love her!! She takes great care of my nails and is amazing at her craft. The other staff are wonderful too as I have been with many of the ladies for my pedicures. The owner is sweet, pleasant, and welcoming. The salon is exceptionally clean and inviting with cute, seasonal decor.

When it comes to doing my nails I only trust Jessica and her team. They're extremely thoughtful and take their time when it comes to service They will find time to fit you in and will find the best time that works with your schedule. Every time I go there Jessica and her team are extremely thoughtful of others, they go beyond what is expected n provide great customer services. My nails will always be on par for 2-3 weeks whether it be gel or tips even with my everyday tasks. When I get the chance I always get them done here Jessica and her team will make the time to get to know you as an individual. Which makes it extremely worth it

I have been coming here for two years and today I will be the last day. No matter you have an appointment or not you always have to wait an extra 20-30 mins. The owner is always a little racist towards me. I have experienced this in multiple Asian owned salons as someone who is south Asian, it’s a common practice with Asian owned salons. I come here for Dazzle dry because it lasts 7-10 days unlike the normal nail polish. But the last few times it hasn’t lasted. There worker did confirm they mix something so extend the life of the bottle. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

However, I did her nails carefully, but she complained about the Dazzle polish, so my manager Jessica recommended a different regular manicure. Then, the customer loudly said that she would never come back to Angel Tips Nail Salon and would go to another nail salon. She complained in an angry voice, but Jessica and I didn't say anything. Extremely nice and kind ladies. Unfortunately, my overall nail experience here was not as great as I had hoped. When I first came in, one of the ladies did my toes and she was very sweet. She did notice that I had a crack on my toenail. I had a HUGE gut feeling not to put polish over it and kept asking her if it was okay to go through with it since she’s obviously an expert within nails and im not you know? but she reassured me that it was fine to go through with the pedicure and even applied temporary glue. I regret going through with the pedicure and should have let my toenail heal because the crack has since gotten worse, and now my toenail is lifting and painful. I regret it.
