Angel Tips Nail Spa

I went there 3 times now and the first 2 times were good I got two refills with French tip which is an added 5 dollars, the nail art wasn’t pristine but they treated me great so I said I’ll come back plus the price wasn’t too bad. The third time I came the same lady that did my nails the last 2 times did them again (Lucy) and she filed my natural nails so much that it was burning and completely red and all she kept doing was turning up the file. Then she filed my natural nails underneath the acrylic to fix her mistakes leaving my nails thin and brittle. While she’s doing my French tip she told me it’s going to be an extra 15 bc it’s “special” nothing about my service was special it’s the same as I did the last 2 times, I asked her questions about how they were special and she never gave me

Anna is awesome very very talented lady, that is for sure. They are friendly and respectful, and everyone is very courteous to all customers, knowing most of us by first names which is rare now a days. I will definitely be going back for a long time with Angel Nails

First time coming here and OOOMMMMGGGG JENNY IS AMAZING…I came in after another nail salon messed my nails up and not only Jenny fixed them she made it comfortable and I will be returning they all welcome you with open arms 🤗 I recommend this place to anyone and the prices are so fare with what you ask I paid 67 dollars THANK YOU JENNY

I got my nails done with Peter and the result was terrible. Many nails were not filled properly, I had to ask for a third coat of nail polish cause it was so ugly. I asked for an acrylic refill and he did gel which was conveniently more expensive, he did not fix my cuticles, he left the rest of the gel polish on the sides, and did not properly paint it. I had to ask him multiple times to come back to the previous nail to fix it. My nails were already shaped and he found a way to mess this up too. Now they are all uneven, poorly colored, and with not have enough filling. Plus all the extra stuff that he decided to charge me without letting me know. I am really disappointed.

I am NEVER one to go and complain about a business. Especially being a small business owner myself. But this is absolutely unacceptable. I call Angel Tips in Derby and ask for a soak off to take my acrylics off, he says to come in. I get there and he cuts down my nails as your normally would before a soak off. Then he proceeds to take nail clippers and rip up my acrylics, literally ripping off my skin. I was in so much pain. I asked him, are you able to soak them off & he tells me “it’ll take too long”.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Then says “well nobody can take care of you”. You are not supposed to rip off nails as it damages them EVEN MORE than mine already are. I said well you’re hurting me, and he says “I’ll try not to” then continued to rip up my nails. I got up and said forget it and walked
