She’s so kind and easy to talk to, and the whole experience felt comfortable and relaxed. She works quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, which I really appreciated. I’m specifically giving a five star rating because of Keliana. Every time she does my hair it’s absolutely perfect. She makes you feel comfortable with letting her know you want something tweaked in what she’s doing. She deserves all the respect and recognition she gets. She’s absolutely stellar at razor cuts, vivids, and textured hair styling. Her hands are also so gentle when it comes to shampooing. I wish I could sit at that bowl for hours.

Had the best salon experience of my life yesterday! Keliana was fantastic. She was very friendly and super easy to work with. I had a vision for my hair, and she did amazing! She was communicative the whole time, and she seemed genuinely excited for me and the new look. My hair has never looked better! I will definitely be returning to Keliana for future services :)

Casey is the absolute best! She is attentive, has a great personality, and is very talented. My hair was extremely damaged, and she made me feel pretty again!

I had my appointment canceled 1 hour prior to my appointment with only a text message notification after I already had left work early and started my commute to my appointment. Totally unprofessional. My appointment was for a curly cut with Casey. I had already paid for my appointment as well. I will not be rebooking. Salons should be held accountable for canceling last minute as I’m sure I would have been charged had it been me canceling an hour prior to my appointment. She doesn’t hold herself to her own cancelation/late/reschedule policy that she holds herself clients to. Reached out about a refund and got no response.
