Angel's Hair Salon

I hate that I have to even give them a one star. First thing when I came in the salon they didn't know who was going to do my hair. I waited 2 hours before I even got my hair done. The sign say $50 sew in but I was charged $65. To make matters worst a couple days later because my hair was not done properly now I have a bald spot, which I didn't before. My hair is natural and I don't put chemicals in my head at all. I spoke with the owner to make an complaint and she tried to make me out of a liar. She is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Horrible!!! However the young lady that did my daughters hair did a great job, wish I could remember her name, to her only I give 5 stars because she did something I couldn't do. The business as a whole is awful, they have a sign posted stating "we sale Aliyiahs Brazilian hair" and there's a price list. Not once did anyone tell me I had to bring my own hair, so I assumed I could get it there. My daughter is in the chair the stylist ask where's your hair and my face drops to the floor. Tia a stylist who past us along someone else for what reasons I don't know and had an attitude from the moment we walked in the place dives in the coversation we don't sale hair, in the worst possible tone you could imagine and sends me to a bogus location. Long story short I found hair finally mean time

Awful Service!!! Touched by Evil is a better name. They have zero communication and people skills They create prices for their services as they go. What a joke of a business!!!

I just called and the young man who answered was dry and lacked excitement representing the company. I'd rather pay out the butt knowing the company I'm dealing with wants to make sure their brand is being properly represented.

a women there said she could do the hair style I really wanted and I asked her 3 times if she can really do and I she did something completely different and it looked terrible she kept trying to change it but just kept making it worse so I said forget and left
