Exercise caution when deciding to go here. While my technician did a great job on my pedicure, the payment process was deeply shady. As I was rushed to pay while drying my nails, I asked for $5 back from my change and was only given $3, a classic confusion tactic used by scammers. Worse than almost losing $2 was the disappointment of realizing this behavior likely also cheats their own workers out of their full tips especially during the holidays. To add insult to injury, the staff openly spoke Korean assuming I couldn't understand, making derogatory comments. It's unprofessional and disrespectful to insult customers in any language.

on Friday, July 19, 2025, I came here to get a men’s pedicure ($60 lavender spa treatment). The lady messed up my nails so bad, that my toe started bleeding, and I left out of the salon in pain. The nail technicians are not experienced, and I did not even receive a courtesy credit for this incident. The manager brought me a Band-Aid, but I did tell her that I remained in pain and wished to leave. I paid my balance and left a tip, but I will never be returning or referring anyone to this nail salon ever again. DO NOT COME HERE.

Good grief why didn’t I read these reviews before going. I had to tell the lady over and over to file my nails because they are lumpy still from the massive amount of gel she plopped on! I have all shapes and sizes now. I asked for slim, straight and squared off. I got lumpy, duck shaped, curled edges. I tried to show the curled in nails in the photos but the dark polish doesn’t help. Thank God, I chose dark. Never going back.

New to Union and tried this salon for a gel fill. My cuticles are currently red and painful from being filled with the drill and empty board. My French tip and nail shape is incredibly misshapen. My nail tech was super sweet but I am definitely not going back.
