Not professional and was rushed out of the store. Although it says they close at 8 we were being told to leave at 7:45. It was rude. We had the hair we wanted in our hands and we politely put it back. My daughter and I won’t be returning.

Until today, I would’ve given this place a good rating… I just the WORST experience here. I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years and I won’t be back after this. I went in to buy a wig. The wig station? Completely deserted. So, after looking at the selection, I asked one of the young ladies at the counter for help. She goes and gets the wig I wanted. I start to open it up so I can try it on. The young lady then nervously tells me I need to try on the display wig. I apologize and put the new wig back in the packaging explaining that I thought we weren’t supposed to try on the display wigs… Like other stores I visit. Then, the owner swoops down out of nowhere and starts berating the young lady helping me and then talking about how the wig is half way in the package… I tell them that I’m

Racially profiled at this Austell location because the card machine messed up on their end. I was charged for the items I purchased and the owner had the audacity to say that my transaction did not go through when it did. I had proof in my hand and I showed him the transaction on my account. He tried to argue and assume that the transaction didn't go through. After more investigation, he realized that he was wrong on his part for assuming that the charge was a credit transaction than a debit transaction. The male and the female owner tried to assume that I did not pay for the items I purchased. Very rude and disrespectful management. I am highly disgusted by management's customer service here. Hey, my family and I have been coming here for years, but yesterday I had one of the worst experiences. From the moment we walked in until we got to the register, we were profiled as thieves. I came with my sister, and we are a joyful bunch—but certainly not thieves. We tried on glasses, I tried on a hat, and next thing you know, the store owner was hovering behind us, giving us the third degree. Trying to disarm the situation, I asked her where the wig caps were to show her we were here to shop, not just browse. Unfortunately, that didn’t make much of a difference. Her employees at the register began watching us like hawks, making the entire experience uncomfortable. We didn’t do anything wrong. We weren’t disrespectful—just joyful.
