Angie's Beauty Supply (STONE MT)

My daughter informs me when Angie's Beauty Supply is having a sale. Most recently my daughter shared that there was a sale on make-up, eye lashes, nails and hair. My daughter wanted eye lashes and some eyeliner, since it was 30% off of those items. My daughter was very satisfied with both products. I particularly like how spacious and clean this beauty supply is. I also like how every isle is clearly labeled and organized, and due to their frequent sales, their prices are very reasonable.

I had the most infuriating experience trying to return a sealed, unused toner today. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional, dishonest, and downright rude the staff at Angie's Beauty was. The "manager" or cashier handling my return immediately opened the sealed box and twisted the cap open on the product. She then told me I couldn't return it because I had "opened the seal." This was a blatant lie, and she was the one who contaminated the product. I went back to check the shelf, and NONE of the identical toner boxes had any external tamper seals. When I brought this fact back to the register, the manager had the audacity to snap back with a nasty attitude, "I didn’t say that you opened it," completely backtracking and gaslighting me after refusing the refund based on that exact lie. First in foremost the manager young black lady with braids is rude!! I was told over the phone that I could exchange my body oil because it literally smells like water. Than I came a couple days later due to the holiday and she said it could not be done!! BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING BODY OILS IT SAYS DONT TRY IT ON! IM RESPECTFUL ENOUGH TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!! THE MANAGER SAID I SHOULDVE TRIED IT ON ANYWAY. I FOLLOW CLEAR WRITTEN GUIDELINES. THAN YOU GET HOME AND IT DOESNT SMELL LIKE ANYTHING! THEY WONT LET YOU EXCHANGE OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK ON NOTHING SMELLING FRAGRANCES JUST FINESSED ME OUT OF 5 DOLLARS THE LEAST THE “MANAGER” COULDVE DID WAS COMPENSATE ME FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SHE DIDNT WHICH MADE MY EXPERIENCE WORSE. THESE FRAGRANCES ARE WATERED DOWN BE CAREFUL !!

zero stars see picture attached the blending sponge as you can see is 1tagged at 99Cents and as you can see this is literally in front of the register yet the UNPROFESSIANL BLACK LADY AT THE DESK RIGHT NOW PROCEEDED TO NOT GIVE ME THE PRICE WE WILL BE BOYCOTTING THIS STORE UNTIL THEY GET PROFESSINAL IN PERIOD

I have been a customer for years but my last time was my last the young girls that they hire are rude they seems as if they don't like there jobs because they don't speak. When you go to the register their not paying attention talking amongst themselves give wrong change and then have an attitude when you correct them. I would rather go elsewhere. So disappointed Do better Angie employees or find another job.
