I chose not to raise this in the salon to avoid causing a scene, but this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I was quoted a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. Mid appointment, I was told only a pedicure could be done due to overbooking. This should have been communicated before starting the service. The technician appeared sick, coughing and blowing her nose, and did not proactively wash her hands or wear a mask. I had to request both. She was also on the phone for most of the service and never once checked in to ask how everything was. During the manicure, my finger was nicked while cutting cuticles, with no acknowledgment or apology. At the end of the service, there was no assistance, no “thank you,” and no basic courtesy. I’m new to new Rochelle and I’ve been to this nail salon a few times. I mainly come here because it’s closer to home compared to where I used to go and the prices. Everyone else charges way too much for the simple nails I get done. Always a pleasant experience.

Don't go they can't communicate and you are unaware that they do not understand what you want until after you sit and they work on your nails. I was recommended to Angie's nails that used to be there but these people are not good. Stay away.

Very good pedicures!! did amazing with the shape & polish. Prices are great as well, really recommended!!

please take you costumer into account. i do not like leaving bad reviews but they should consider what i told them.
