I like this nail salon a lot but the young lady on the second or third table has bad customer service. Always has a stink face and answer so rude. Like we paying you to keep your business open! I’m not spending money for you to do trash work or make faces when I ask questions. Management needs to handle that and listen to the customers if something is not right. Fix it it’s our money we work hard for to give you. Do a good job without rushing.

Very nasty and rude. I walked in and ask for a nail repair. The nail tek cut my nail and started soaking and then decided she didn't want to do it and said Just go next door. I was confused and asked what's going on and asked for a manager and she stated the manager is not here today. I would never recommend these people to anyone with that type of service. They literally had 10 people in there and only 3 did nails. Very unprofessional

They did the great job my nails yesterday and I am planning to going back to get my nails and feet done again

the place right next to this is not that good either, but this is the worst and most inexperienced disrespectful establishment i have ever been to. they messed up my nails twice in one week, told me to come in for a refund and then refused to give it to me. absolutely ignorant rude people that will ignore you to your face when you’re asking them something. i cannot recommend enough to go to another place. the hygiene of that place is terrible and neither of the staff wear any proper equipment or clean their stations. it’s just so disgusting. believe me, do not go here

I’m not sure how or if the employees are certified but this shop needs to be shut down ASAP. The service is horrible, the employees barely speak English so if they hurt you, they can’t understand. THIS WOMAN RIPPED OFF A PIECE OF MY CUTICLE, DREW BLOOD AND WAS STILL GOING TO PROCEED!!!! Never tf again
