I have been going for many years but recently the customer service is very poor!! I know the nail industry is booming and losing 1 customer does not matter but when I go and I’m a loyal customer who always gets same thing every time no complaints and not difficult. I expect what I pay for. I went in for fill (liquid gel) needed 1 person who knows how to do correctly and yes is very good and polite but was sent to another who DID not listen to what I wanted, the result was very poor which didn’t last a week before they started to pull away. I was right back in there where I was then seen by my person who redid them but I was charged again. Flash forward 2.5 weeks and yes my fault I broke one and went to get it fixed but ended up AGAIN having to see another person and she wouldn’t listen. I

Besides a little wait bc they were busy? 110/10 would recommend. The lady who did my nails was very gentle and they're exactly what I wanted. don’t be fooled by the rating it’s worth it and thayre way cheaper than other places with better ratings!

I have come this nail salon on several occasions. At a previous time I witnessed a customer being overly rude and picky with the young nail tech. I felt bad for the nail tech. Well today I had this same young nail tech. Well I was completely upset with her work. I asked for a fill she cut my nails way to short and all uneven. When I said something the nail tech next to her stepped in and I had to request several times what needed to be fixed. I'm not overly picky but the size difference and lack of fill coverage was unacceptable. Now I have extremely short and thick nails. I was asked by 3 different nail techs if I was happy and I said NO I was not 2 hrs later and charged full price I left. Yes NO TIP was left. A new salon is on the horizon.

I’ve come here a couple times. Great people all around but I’ve gotten two gel manicure there and both times they started peeling off and chipping before a week after getting them. My last manicure I had gel polish all over my skin and got cut a bunch on my cuticles which led to some horrible hangnails. I think if you come here, try for an acrylic set; I’ve seen some of the work they’ve don’t with that and it’s great. I mean nothing bad but I am disappointed. Photos are from the second time.

Amazing, They are usually busy because they are good! I paid 50, cheaper than last time I was here!
