I have been a Professional Licensed Cosmetologist for 30 years and had to make a quick stop in the beauty supply store. Stopped at this store on my way to service a client. I asked the man at the register if he gives hairstylists a discount. He said only for hair products. Understood. He kept talking saying if I give you a discount others would come and want discount on lashes. I was purchasing razors and don’t know why lashes came up. I am a Licensed Cosmetologist I brought business to him. He went to say how many times have you come to this business, I said this is my first time, just moved in the area. He went on to say the economy is bad. Understood. It was sad to experience the degrading attitude that he presented to me. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY. CUSTOM

"People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care" SAM the owner (manager) cares! I've been coming here for a couple of years. I've noticed that he is SOMEBODY who treats EVERBODY that walks in his store like a SOMEBODY! You feel valued! When you open his door you will be instantly greeted in a friendly upbeat welcoming tone! I can tell he truly appreciates every customer's business! He is a pleasure to do business with & knows his store like the back of his hand! Just tell him what you need and he will point you in the right direction. I enjoy spending my money here 💪 SAM IS THE MAN!!!!!!! BEST BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE IN METRO ATLANTA HANDS DOWN!

Came in early Saturday morning 5/25/2025. Just to grab a few hair products I needed. I asked a simple question it was still early yet he got an attitude cause I asked a silly question. Then he said, "he's gonna try to be a good guy today", like sir there's a whole other beauty supply store right behind you I'll take my money there next time. My last request I asked for CHI oil, he tried to correct me and say "CHI grease" and gave me CHI thermal protector(white creamy stuff)and it's still the wrong stuff after I asked for OIL but got the nerve to come to my country and try to make me feel small and talk to me like I'm stupid. Humble yourself sir, you definitely lost my business, after I had came the day before and spent as well.

Love this store. Staff is super friendly and willing to answer any questions.

Really nice people and nice store!! The hair selection is a little limited but can't wait until they get more in because this will be my go to beauty supply!
