Anna Salon and Spa Arlington

Im so disappointed because Ive been coming here for months but today was supposed to be relaxing for me and it ended up just stressing me out more. I had an appt but when i got there they acted like they knew nothing about it or what I wanted done. I ended up getting someone different than who Id booked with and she literally rushed her way through my pedicure and my mani and didnt even try to straighten my nails or fix my cuticles. I asked for no gel or color to give my nails a break but yet got charged more this time than i ever have in the past when I had gel mani/pedi done. Completely disappointed and the gel on my toes is dry faded and not even on some of the nail and my fingernails look like a 5 year old cut them for me. I paid $100 for this??!!

This is my go to place for men’s haircuts. Cindy does a very good job and leaves the trim and the details very nicely done. Also, I like the shampoo and facial cleansing that they offer during the haircut and I highly recommend it best of all the facial and neck and shoulder massage is something that is a must with Cindy. Thank you very much. I’ve been going here for 10 years.

Initially, I gave a 5-star rating because I was pleased with the nail technician and the nails looked great. However, just three days later, my gel manicure began to peel — not just at the edges, but the entire gel layer lifted off multiple nails. This is highly disappointing, as even basic at-home polish typically lasts longer. I reached out to request a fix and provided photos, but I have not received any response. This level of service is very dissapointing.

While the environment was decent, the service wasn’t all that well.. not even 2 weeks and my nails are chipping and coming off. The lady who did my nails didn’t even paint close to the cuticle. My nails look like it’s been growing for almost a month the way it looks now… pretty disappointed

Sylvia is the BEST, she’s done my gel or SNS mani and pedis for the past 7+years...she cares for the health of your nails & skin, in addition to the presentation...this salon is peaceful with playlist music and would benefit from a deep clean - I go because of Silvia - book with her!
