Anna's Nails

My daughter went to get a set done this week and the service was HORRIBLE to say the least. She asked for a medium square acrylic French set. She was quoted $55. Once the acrylic was applied, she was then told she had to pay DISPUTE the fact that other people paid after. She was then charged $70. The nails were crooked, lifting, just looked horrible. See the pictures below. Anyway, I requested a soak off which I was okay paying for and a refund and was told they could only refund me for the application of the nail polish and they refused to soak it off. They didn’t even offer to fix it! Just horrible service both with the nail tech and the manager. The manager even tried to blame my daughter saying that my daughter had an attitude since she came in which she didn’t but even if she did, it

Been there couple of time to get gel manicure. I was recommended to Lucy who is very professional and very gentle and caring for your nails. The job is very delicate. I will definitely recommend and continue to come here .Very Satisfied with the service provided.

First time going and I loved it. She took her time. She was really friendly. I would definitely go again. Plus they open up really early. Which is a plus.

This is the only Nail Salon I go to. I love the prices, the place is clean and calm. My favorite nail tech is Lucy if she’s not in I’ll go with Anna.

Honestly love going here and there prices are reasonable. The girls are always happy to help i always come out feeling refreshed.
