Annie's Nails

Terrible service. Went in for a simple manicure and came out with nothing. The owner said my nails were too short and “ugly” and that I needed “tips” on my nails ? I’ve never heard of that on a simple manicure - just acrylic, and I specifically said no acrylic. The owner continued to make fun of my sweaty hands (it was 100 degrees outside), I was going to pay for a service. Not go in to get made fun of for sweaty hands She proceeded to glue tips on, which I then said that’s not what I wanted and I politely asked her to removed them so I could leave. Worst experience in a nail salon. Highly do not recommend.

Very caring and polite owner. Very good service. I had bad toe and lady did great job and fixed it. Clean shop.

Had an excellent appointment with Annie today. I stopped in while visiting my mom for a simple manicure with gel polish. I also had a small crack in my nail that I wanted help fixing. Annie had the nail repaired and then topped with polish nice and easy. She was fun to chat with and took care to make sure I liked the shape of my nails before moving to the gel stage. I have long natural nails and didn't want anything that would damage them. She suggested a clear pink with some slight sparkle and they're perfect. The cuticle trim was quick and painless, her tools fresh from the sanitization packet. I also enjoyed the simple massage and lotion after the nails were done curing. All the while one of her other staff took great care of my mom's pedicure. We came in with a 1pm appointment and left

I love going to Annie’s. I like that she does by appointment. It ensures I am not waiting a long time like other salons. They are all so kind. Cindy typically does my nails. She does a great job and works quickly. She is always so nice and funny.

I was so impressed with the service that I received. And my nails came out beautiful. They were incredibly friendly. And the next day I broke a nail. Annie fit me right in even though she had someone waiting on her. She asked the lady if it was OK if she took care of us both at the same time, the lady Said it was cool and I got my nail fixed extra quick. And she didn't charge me for it because she said I was just there yesterday. And she wouldn't even take a tip. New customer for life.
