0/5 ⭐️This was hands-down one of the most stressful salon experiences I’ve ever had, honestly the WORSE. From the moment my service started, to the end, mind you this is my first experience and I just went off of the previous Google reviews. Before they begin the first braid I clearly stated I wanted knotted braids/box braids, yet they made it an issue because the photo I sent showed knotless. Instead of clarifying professionally, they argued with me, as if choosing box braids was unreasonable. I was even told that “smedium isn’t a thing” for box braids, which is simply false. Then as we begin, the two braiders were arguing loudly while doing my hair, stopping repeatedly because of whatever previous issues they had with one another, the conflict was so bad, I had to stop them. Long post alert I came in November to get French curl braids. I was quoted $180 without the hair. Because I had not purchased any hair I got a different style, kinky twist (same price). I was in and out and satisfied with the results. I ended up paying a total of $187.15 via Apple Pay. Because I had such a great experience the first time, I came back on December 21st and again they were able to accommodate me as a walk-in despite it being a weekend before the holiday. I have been going there over two years my family uses the shop, they are friendly mama does my hair typically but I have use just about everyone in the shop I always love my hair .sometime we have to just start a conversation. Mama has explained a lot to me about Africa and told me how to say thing in her native tongue.everyone experience is different give them a try.you will love you hair

Price was reasonable my braider stop braiding my hair to start doing someone else because there hair wouldn't take long my time is valuable too. When I said something I think she braided my hair tighter on purpose.

I’ve been getting my hair braided at Another Look for around 5 years and I’ve always been very pleased with how my braids turn out. They always ask for a picture and always deliver. The braiders are great; their fast and customer service is great. Shop is clean and managed well.
