I had a great experience here before, such is what made me comfortable enough to come back. This experience was FARRRR below what I expected. Would you believe me if I told you I got these done yesterday? This is gel. I paid 76 dollars my these and a pedicure. My toes are also chipping… I also noticed that I had an air bubble in the polish on my feet, and initially he did nothing about it. I told someone else & he still acted like he didn’t see it and that I was being difficult. He put a clear coat on it and called it a day. I didn’t feel like talking anymore at that point, so I paid & left. One of the men also rushed me to picking colors and picked the glitter nail out for me, which is why it’s freaking ugly… horrible experience. I 1000% want my money back

Terrible, I'm very upset with my nails, besides the professional rushing to answer, she didn't accept when I said it was badly painted, besides the product looking old when she applied it, I complained at the reception and they didn't do anything, she charged me for the cuticle that she didn't remove and charged me to apply the gel on top of the acrylic because she saw that it hadn't turned out well. I'm very disappointed, it's the third time I've tried to get my nails done and the same thing always happens. Terrible service!!!!!

Will not be back and you reading this don’t go! Back story! I walked into the nail salon this evening hoping to get a relaxing pedicure with gel polish after a long day of work! I signed in and filled out the slip! I picked out my polish and was taken all the way to the back! He asked what I wanted and I told him a pedicure with gel polish! So he takes off my polish, trims my toes and rinse my feet off! ! So I figured he was going to do my feet after he finished my trim! So I was like okay, maybe he is getting ready to start the water! But no, he proceeded to get polish! I said again I wanted a pedicure! Pissed at this point cause I was like okay, maybe he didn’t hear me! At the end he was like, you wanted gel polish! Again I told him I wanted a pedicure! Not a happy customer!

I don’t usual do bad review, but this nail spa really done something that’s unacceptable. So on Tuesday my girlfriend and I we went to do the pedicure, we get into the nail spa around 7pm, we know the store close at 8pm. And we both decide to get the nature beauty pedicure service (on the menu the service time supposed to be 55-60mins), the guy seems like a manager come to us ask us to paid when the service just start 20mins, that is totally fine. later, the pedicurist for my girlfriend stop and tell her service is done around 7:30pm, and the pedicurist for my service stop on 7:39 and said my service is done. I ask the pedicurist “why is the service end early, wasn’t it suppose to be 55-60mins”. He told us “ the store close so everyone has to leave”. I went to the front ask the manager

I received service from this place yesterday 3/29. I don’t like the fact that they are in a hurry and don’t take their time. It looks like a 3 year old painted them. I asked for white but it wasn’t this type of white I asked for. My nails look the are press ons. They made a mistake and put the wrong size on my right thumb and they tried to soak it to get it off , but it didn’t fully come off so the lady just put another nail on top of that one. I didn’t like that because at this point you’re rushing on my hands. The other lady that was doing my friend nails had a bad attitude. She was also very rude. They have a clean building but the business is very unprofessional. My set was $60 , and I don’t feel like it was worth my time and money.
