I had such a great experience here! Quinnie took amazing care of me and made the whole process so comfortable — especially since this was only my third manicure (the last one was ages ago!). She really understood the assignment — I wanted something simple, elegant, and not too long since I cook and use the computer a lot. The results were perfect! I originally came in because I was going to be a hand model, and I’m so glad I did. The salon itself is super clean, and everyone was very professional and friendly. I ended my session with a pedicure, and Anna was incredible — she cleaned my feet thoroughly and gave me such a relaxing massage that I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend this place and their amazing staff!

I had Lewis for a mani/pedi before my baby shower this weekend. While he was personable and kind, I’m disappointed in my manicure. My mom and I were booked together, but although she started 10–15 minutes before me, my nails were finished first and felt a bit rushed. For the manicure, he dremeled my cuticles, and today half of them are red and bleeding. The French tips aren’t as clean as I’d hoped for such a special event - the edges are missing on most fingers. I got them done specifically for my shower and am now just hoping they heal enough in time. For the cost ($280 for both of us before tip), I was really hoping for a more polished manicure I could feel proud of - especially since this will likely be my last one for a while with the baby on the way. :/ UPDATE - it's now a few days

So disappointed from the moment walking in through day 6 that my gel nails were peeling off. They switched manicurist after sitting down, seemed impatient while I chose a color- big decision since it was for a wedding. Then sitting down I waited so long my friend was done 10min before me. Didn’t file my nails straight and the gel was lumpy, didn’t clean the edges. Terrible.

Okay, so, first off, this place is gorgeous, and the decor was super cute. But honestly, the service was a total disaster. I went with a group, and we called ahead to tell them there were four of us. They took us back one by one for our pedis, which was weird because we at least wanted to chat while we waited for the next person's nails. I was the last one to get my pedi, and I had to keep checking to see if they forgot about me. The rest of my group was almost done before they even started on my feet. I ordered two glasses of wine, and they never came. I had to remind them twice! When the wine finally came, it was almost time for me to leave. My nail tech rushed my feet, and it looked awful. 0 ⭐️ DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON. My first visit was a pedi and it was good enough i wanted to give them a go on my nails. My real natural nails I spent months growing out and taking good care of. I came in with extremely healthy and long natural nails simply looking for a gel manicure. “HENNY” was the gentleman who serviced me. Didn’t say one word to me through both my pedi and mani. Proceeds to soak my nails in acetone and then drills them basically down to the skin, slaps some polish on and was done. I left and could bend ALL of my nails pretty much in half they were so brittle. I am completely devastated. I called back to seek a refund. They were rude not helpful at all.
