I have been coming here for probably 10years off and on. For the last year and a half I have been coming religiously to see Courteney. I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. We get along great and she pays such great attention to detail. I go every 3ish weeks for Gel Dip and the occasional pedicure. The gel dip in the pic was about $75 and so worth it. The quality is great and the style is top tier. I have gotten so many compliments! I see all the poor reviews. I have had poor experiences here before(not with Courteney). I honestly just think you have to find your right nail tech! Lead with kindness first and foremost and you will be received with kindness!!

Incredibly Disappointed — Poor Quality and Unprofessional Behavior I spent $170 on a basic set of acrylics (hands and toes) expecting a clean, professional result based on the salon’s reviews. Unfortunately, I left incredibly disappointed. Upon closer inspection, my nails were uneven, discolored, and completely see-through — which is unacceptable, especially for the price paid. I addressed my concerns with the receptionist, who falsely claimed there was no manager available. Moments later, I received a call from the manager, proving that wasn’t true. I remained calm and polite while explaining my experience, but the manager accused me of being “difficult” and abruptly hung up on me. Would not recommend. My daughter and I had an appointment but were rushed through for our gel manicure and dip manicure. Finished in 15-20 minutes. The technician got up constantly to help others. And the gel manicure is chipping A LOT after only 5 days.

please don’t go to this place, and go somewhere that actually cares. i went here few days ago, i originally went in to do gel x. one, the lady did not care about my skin and cut it all off. two, never have i ever had someone push the gel x tips so far back into my cuticle it was PAINFUL. i told her to take them off. i couldn’t imagine how bad and painful my nails would’ve been, as she had only just started. and on top of that she left the glue, still stuck inside/underneath my cuticle. did not care. my cuticles look absolutely horrible. never would i ever step foot into this place again

Linnie is the absolute BEST!! I’ve been going to her for about a year now, and she always does an incredible job! I get dip on my nails and gel on my toes, and my nails last a solid 3 weeks without lifting or any chipping and the gel on my toes lasts an over a month without any chipping or peeling. I have one nail that grows a bit crooked and she always files it perfectly so it looks completely straight. She is incredibly kind and amazing with my 6 year old daughter as well. My daughter gets gel and it never peels off of her little nails lol I can’t recommend Linnie enough!!
