Anton's Hair & Makeup

I got my hair cut and layers today buy some lovely ladies! They are so welcoming and kind, the haircut was absolutely beautiful! She worked her magic and did wonders, it feels so much healthier and volumized now!

I am very particular about who styles, cuts and colors my hair because it is one of my best assets. And as women we know we have to focus and keep what we got going on. I have been to different places before, having been a model in my younger years up until my later years now being a business professional woman where looking my best is very important to me. I like to be a little showy but not so much so that it's too overwhelming. I posted pics of the beautiful job done at Antons Hair & Makeup. I like to call this Glass Hair because not sure how much comes across in the photos but man - it has the most beautiful gloss to it. I found the unicorn of hair stylists! have weirdly textured hair (wavy in some parts, straight as straw in others, etc.), and getting a haircut can make me as anxious as going to the dentist. But Colette and Rosemarie and the whole Anton's team are saints! They patiently listened as I read from my notes about my odd hair (yes, I brought notes and they didn't think I'm nuts), and Colette took great care giving me a haircut that makes the very best of my hair's texture. The studio is in the upstairs suite of a cool house, and they made me feel like family. Another Plus: I had therapy dog Cisses sitting on my lap the whole time.

I don’t usually write reviews but let me Tell you she’s an amazing person and she’s good at what she do, I called her about my hair and I was very upset and devastated because the last Person who did my hair left my hair fried and just awful… I told her about my concerns and she understood, she did many treatment on my hair and also gave me a trim which helped me a lot, when she was done I was shook cause she literally saved it. She will be my new hairdresser also I will be traveling from Charleston to New York in a month just to see her.

When I finally decided to contact Anton’s Salon I was discouraged and disappointed by other salons. I had even been turned away from a salon that based on my thinning hair they actually said “We cannot help you” Desperate and discourage I reached out to Anton’s and made my first appointment with Colette. When I arrived I brought Champaign with me hoping not to be turned away again. Colette and Rosemarie were so welcoming and willing to hear out my experiences and hair issues. I wasn’t expecting a miracle I knew it would be a process I just needed a salon who was willing to take that hair journey with me and had ideas on what we could do! Since starting this journey with Colette and Rosemarie I have improved my overall quality of my hair and expect continued improvement thanks to these
