I would say average. This is only my experience, others may have had a different experience. It does not have a ‘spa’ atmosphere, it is a doctor office atmosphere. Time is not taken to look at your skin under a magnifying glass each time ( before your treatment) to see how it is doing, however, ‘pictures’ are taken before each treatment (but not discussed). Many times you may be serviced and left because another customer needs looked at (understaffed?). I invested in a peel series and micro needling series. I always felt that they were in a hurry to get me ‘finished and out’. I felt that they were more interested in selling skin services than actually servicing my skin. They are not interested in knowing what you are currently using/doing with your skin. I never felt that they were real

I highly recommend Kim Pennell. She is extremely professional and immediately made me feel comfortable. She truly listened when I explained what I was hoping to achieve and guided me through the best way to get there. Since this was my very first cosmetic procedure, I had many questions, and she took the time to educate me about every detail, from expectations to the overall experience. The results completely exceeded what I imagined. I feel refreshed and confident, yet the change is so natural that no one can quite put their finger on what is different
