The most insane encounter i’ve EVER experienced at a retail store. I was shopping as one would and i was aware the store was about to close but i was making a larger purchase. I walk to the register and im also a teenager so im not always perfect. As im paying the tax is about 5 dollars and i wasn’t aware and was 1 dollar off. I always shop at this store and regularly . They usually give a little coupon for 5 dollars off for your next purchase and i unfortunately forgot it as home as one would. they were so rude and treated me as if i was unbelievable for being a dollar off. so disrespectful and I literally start crying infront of all the workers cause of how they made me feel. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!

I’ve been trying to call this store since yesterday morning and no one has picked up to help me resolve why I was charged $5 for something I didn’t buy. It seems you charged me for that $5 off coupon but what’s the point if you’re stealing money from your customers. I don’t live in the area and can’t reach anyone. Please DO NOT spend your money here. They are crooks!

Don’t buy the boho hair from here that are supposed to be unwefted and human hair. The guy sold me 4 packs and only 1 of them was unwefted and refused to give me my money back after not getting the product I hate ordered

They insist on holding your shopping bags while you shop even though they have cameras installed in the store. They need to understand that customers should not need to hand over their belongs to a random employee in order to shop. There are other beauty supply stores where their male employees wont YELL at female customers because she wouldn’t hand over their shopping bags with valuable belongings inside. Oh and this male employee (short, dark skin with a thick African accent) kept yelling, “if you don’t give me your bag, you can leave!” I am still traumatized by that encounter. I will never shop here again. You shouldn’t either.

Horrible location. Rude and treat there customers like thieves. There's other beauty shops on 125th. I recommend going to any of those.
