When I moved to Omaha.. I went to like 20 different nail salons here and Apple Nails is the best one! I’m super particular about my nails and toes but I’ve never been disappointed here. The owner Sandy is very vibrant and down to earth, you can tell she takes pride in her work and her staff are so friendly and all well experienced nail techs. Your always greeted as soon as you walk in and thanked when leaving. Makes you feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

FRI, SEPT 6, 2024 – APPT. I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent appointment. After being a loyal customer for many years, the service I received for $70 to $80, plus additional fees, was subpar. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, and there was no courtesy or politeness, even something as simple as saying “excuse me” was overlooked. It’s frustrating to see the staff behaving as if they are always right and the customer is wrong. Instead of addressing and fixing issues, they seemed more interested in rushing to get paid and dismissing clients’ concerns. The negativity and gossip among the staff about clients are unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, it appears that some staff members, including a new girl who claimed to have extensive experience, are not me

I want to give one heck of a shout to the amazing technicians at Apple Nails and Spa. These amazing women spent over an hour and a half fixing the disaster I was left with from a previous visit to Legacy Nails. The technician at Legacy left my nails unbelievably thick, bumpy, and poorly done. Per friend recommendation, I was asked to visit Apple Nails and Spa for their AMAZING work and close attention to detail. You guys, I couldn't have made a better decision than to schedule with Apple. Absolutely beautiful and I am beyond happy with my new and improved acrylic set. Keep up the good work guys! I have been going to Apple Nails for a while now and I have always been super happy with everything! Everyone is SO so friendly and I always have fun when I am there! I typically go once every other week. Jess always does my nails and she always makes sure my nails and toes look super cute! We always have fun trying new shapes and designs! She takes the time to understand exactly what I am looking for and her ideas are awesome! She is super creative and artistic! I highly recommend Apple Nails (See Jess!)!

I only came here to get fill because my normal place was booked. I came on 3/16 and on 3/17 my nails looked like they were painted weeks ago and one nail had cracked half way across. I came in today 3/19 to get nail replaced and new paint as they looked horrible. The male who was doing them wouldn’t replace nail just kept saying he could fix it. I requested it be replaced and he refused. So not only did I pay $60 for a fill (which is what I normally pay for a full set) I had to pay another $20 for fixing nail and repaint (one solid color no design). And he didn’t even replace nail which I requested. Will not be back. Let’s just hope the new paint will last more than a day
