Apple's Nails & Spa

I went here on a rush and I wish I read the reviews first. They appear nice but their service is TRASH! Her nails were dirty & I told her stop wiping the polish off with your dirty nails especially when I have freshly cut cuticles. The owner didn’t look up once. She’s too busy on her damn phone. Then the lady had the nerve to tell me the polish is lumpy cuz of my nails! Girl please, I may dress masculine but I get my feet done faithfully. I’m highly disappointed & will never return to this run down overpriced shop

A very thin layer of overlay was put on my naturally long nails and the the guy filed it all off after putting it on. 3 of my nails chipped and broke. My girlfriend goes to Apples and her nails are always chipping or Breaking. Apples nail salon isn't for me.

This place is over priced with low quality nail techs. Messed my nails up twice had me in there for 3 hours just for my nails to still look a mess! I paid for chrome just for her to put it on there and it didn't show up at all! Then when I complained they were using a rude tone. I try not to be that person that complains but when I am getting a $80 full set then I have no other choice. I left very unsatisfied..do you see the chrome

I have been coming to Apple for a very long time and today was the worst experience ever. This man is very unprofessional and rude. My normal girl couldn’t do my pedicure and he was upset because I wouldn’t let him do my feet. He doesn’t do a good job. He rushed all his work his technique is sloppy. He talks very rudely to the customers and he doesn’t want to listen to your concerns. He is the main reason why so many people stop coming here. If it wasn’t for Kayla i wouldn’t have left. But this will probably be my last time here after this experience with him

This review is not for the entire store, just the nail tech I went too… I only came because it was a Sunday my usual shop is closed. I could tell the girl that did my nails is inexperienced, I hated my nails mainly the shaping and filing part. I could not stay longer to get them fixed and wait on someone else to do them so I corrected her a few times, paid and left my eyebrows are horrible too (same lady) I literally held back my tears in the shop and cried when I left … all I will say is if you go ask for the owner or u better know someone experienced
