Aqua Nails

Got my nails done Friday 1/16/26 by the black lady not even an hour went by I go to pick up my toddler my nail popped off. I did inform the lady what happened she told me to come by I came by she was gone. By the of the the night 2 more popped off. By Sunday I had four nails popped off and by Monday I had literally none. I don't get my nails done often but normally when I do they never come off this quickly. They were more like press on I'm very disappointed cause I finally decided to treat myself only to be left with a disaster and a waist of $40 down the drain. Next time I'll just stick with mae ling. But I'm never going back to this shop🤦🏾‍♀️

I come here to get my eyebrows done only. I have been going for years and they snatch me every time. I'm from Chicago and I had a really good eyebrow guy and hated to leave him. But got a good one here

They can’t do nails at all save yourself the trip this my 2nd time getting my nails done by these folks and it will be my last this place should have been shut down if you want to be honest but us as a black community we dont know how to stop giving certain people our business but hey WHATEVER 😂

Everything up to the polish was great! She didn't put a base coat under the color polish and I asked for it. The lady told me I didn't need it. I wanted it tho. So, she did not get a tip. My nails are ugly and the paint is not smooth. It's already chopping of and looks terrible. My toes are ok, but the paint is not smooth and I think it looks gross. Thankfully it's still the season to keep my toes fairly covered.

- I went Monday December 27th the lady that put my nails on she was nice then she sent me to a man to actually do my nails and he 1. didn’t ask me what shape I wanted , 2. Got mad because I asked him about the shape and purposely cut me, and 3. did my nails all wrong. He rushed to do my nails just to smoke a cigarette. After he got done I started to complain and I showed the lady what he did wrong and she fixed all my nails with no problem. She was so sweet and nice about it. Not to mention when he came in he was talking about me in Chinese. I told him to get tf away from me. And he did my nails TOO short after I told him to stop cutting.
