I had my laser hair removal treatment at Blue Wax and I loved it. The treatment was very comfortable and completely painless. The wax itself was fine and the employees were initially relatively friendly. I was looking for a new wax facility and found this one on Groupon. I purchased the 24.99 Groupon for a Brazillian Wax and also intended to pay the remainder for legs. After my wax appointment, I presented my Groupon only to be told that it was for “residents only”. She offered to take my Groupon, but I’d still have to pay her the $24.99. My total bill was $131. After I got home I reread the Groupon fine print twice as well as having my friend read it. It does not say anything about being a resident. Only a new client. I feel that this was a bait and switch situation and not a good way to do business. I’m not a legal resident, but I’m a flight attendant and I pick up trips out of FLL often as well as staying
