Arabella Salon

I followed Michelle from her previous salon and SO happy I did. She’s a true artist and better yet a wonderful person. I feel like I should hit the runway every time I leave her chair! I met the owner of the salon, Lori, during my appointment. She’s fabulous as well - You can tell she takes care of her employees and is passionate about her business! I’m so happy to have found this salon and more specifically, Michelle!!!

Beware of this salon. My mom and I had scheduled appointments to have our hair cut and toned on 7/15 at 11:00 am. We received a call from the Salon at 9 am to let us know that the two hair stylists we booked with had quit. If you have plans that day and want to ensure your hair is looking nice I would go elsewhere.

I was recommended to the salon by a friend. My stylist was Christa and she was very friendly and professional. I was impressed by her knowledge, attention to detail, Coloring skills. She totally transformed my hair and I couldn’t be happier. I was also impressed with the measures they are taking to keep everyone safe during this crazy time. I highly recommend Arabella Salon in Hyannis, and Christa!

I paid $220.00 for my hair to be done. Unfortunately I left there looking exactly like I did when I went in there. Yes, I told them I was unhappy and they agreed to redo my hair in 3 weeks. I had it done BY another salon, as I had to adress a room of 75 people the following week. . When I asked for even a partial refund, they said their Policy was no refunds. Obviously they don't care very much about their clients. BEWARE IF YOU GO THERE

Visiting the Cape for a week but needed a color and cut. Have recently had a bad experience elsewhere but was very pleased with reception, cut and coloring at Arabella Salon. Staff was welcoming. Laurie took the time to hear my concerns, chose the right color for me. Along with the cut she gave me was perfect result. I’ll take credit for making the right choice. Plan to see them next year!
