Arden Blossoms Nails

I went in for a pedicure and gel X nail extensions. A nail person named Wendy serviced me. She started doing my nails and glued two nails that were not the right size after I told her several times I did not think they were the correct size. She glued one of the nails crooked and when I asked for her to correct it she screamed at me and told me she could just file it straight. The nail did not fit and was not glue on correctly it was hurting my finger. Instead of fixing it she screamed at me, made a scene and refused to do my nails. I felt so uncomfortable i decided to pay for the service i had already gotten and leave. A different nail person helped cut the nails I didn’t even want to stay to soak the nails. Most unprofessional place i have ever been to. This was awful. I do not recommend

Honestly service was horrible. Lee was extremely rude and didn’t accommodate to what I wanted. She was rude and acted like her work made up for her rudeness lol. Her coworkers coddle her and make her think she’s always right which is why she thinks she’s the best when she’s clearly not. I asked for a French tip and pink base and she just couldn’t do it. The French tip wasn’t like the picture so I asked her to try to make it like the picture and she insisted she did when she really didn’t. I do my nails all the time and came here as an emergency. Having your nails done is supposed to be a nice relaxing experience and she honestly just stressed me out. I couldn’t help but laugh at the work she’s done to me. 100$ down the drain haha. Bad experience. They were friendly enough, but I felt very rushed around. Paid halfway through my manicure, which I notice they didn’t make anyone else do? I asked for a French with colored tips and left with a comically bad manicure which is already chipping, not even 24 hours later

Bad experience unfortunately because the girls there are super nice. Went in on my lunch break and told the girl I needed to be done in 40 minutes. I appreciated them acknowledging my time, but it ended up being 55 minutes and at the end the girl made it sound like it wasn’t perfect due to her being in a rush. I felt bad saying anything but I did want to tell her it wasn’t a rush being she ended up taking just under an hour anyway . So I left, my left thumb nail was crooked and bumpy. So I went in 4 days later to get the ONE nail fixed; it turned out worse then the first time. Attached is the first time and second picture is the “fixed” nail. I don’t know how they can leave it like that there’s no way they did not see it. Wasn’t going to go back a third time.

Absolutely awful service, incredibly slow (almost 2 hours for a gel manicure), I had to ask the technician to use a new file, she removed my gel nail polish so aggressively that my perfect long nails were completely destroyed and had to be cut super short, and took months to grow back normally, and finally the gel she put on lasted less than a week. As this were not enough, it took forever to pay at the cashier, as the manager was yelling at one of the ladies, who was in tears. A horrible experience.
