I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! I visited with my two young daughters for a fun girls’ day, and the service was exceptional. The nail technicians were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming— They (Lee and Tina) made my kids feel so comfortable. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful, the best they’ve looked so far! I think Blitz was my nail technician! The atmosphere was warm and friendly, which is such a refreshing change compared to another salon in town where my kids were treated rudely. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a kind, family-friendly environment. We’ll definitely be back!

After some research and reading the reviews I decided to give this place a chance. The vibe is as pictured. They offered me water— I never got it. My biggest issue is that I was very adamant my nails and toes have to match, he said yes they do you can see they don’t. There is also a chip on the pointer finger. I gave them three stars because it wasn’t a bad experience, vibe or cleanliness. Cost $116 Services: gel pedicure, dip manicure Update from 3 to 5 stars: Went and talked to the manager and showed my nails, he agreed and asked me to come back and he fixed them for no additional fee. I love my new nails Tom did a wonderful job and it was great to listen to his stories of opening the shop and working to grow.

The male nail tech was so rude and throwing me hand. I went in 30mins before close which I didn’t know they were closing early for Memorial Day as I didn’t realize nail salons close for that. I decided to give it another try and the female nail tech was using the orange buffer tool (which isn’t sharp) but somehow she cut me under my finger nail. It hurt so bad like a paper cut. I know it was intentional, for whatever reason, because I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years and never had this issue. They need to hire better nail techs with good customer service.

This is a place to my home, great atmosphere, always very clean. They are great with my 8 year old that also comes with me, and offer a variety of drinks. I've been going here for about a year and have never had a bad experience.

I have given this place SO many chances. My advice is to go read their negative reviews before coming here. There is 1 tech who does a great job. The others are absolutely horrendous. So I was going to continue coming with the understanding that I would only see the 1 tech who does a great job. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t always allow for that. I made the mistake of coming in on a Friday afternoon and had a different tech who spent over 2 hours giving me the worst dip set I have ever had. I told the manager who told me “Well just come back and we can fix it.” I said I would prefer it be fixed now bc I didn’t have another 2 hours in my day after spending 2 hours there already.
