ARIA NAIL LOUNGE

This was such an insanely weird experience for me. I came here for the first time for a pedicure and the woman that sat me immediately acted like I was inconveniencing her. She face palmed me at least twice and made odd remarks, kind of like “are you stupid?” without saying so. She ran the water for my feet to soak in, except it was cold. Before I could ask her to change the temperature, she was gone — out back to smoke, and I only know this because cigarette smoke was wafting in and I could smell the stench horribly. She left me soaking for over 20 minutes, before another technician came and changed the temperature. Leon did an excellent job. He is very kind and precise in his work. Everyone here makes you feel welcome and does professional work. My daughter and I come every other week. I love coming to Aria Lounge. I will not go anywhere else.

These are my nails one day after the owner, Leon, did them. They were initially ugly, bulky, terrible apex, no shape consistency but then also began peeling off from not being cured properly. The owner is selectively “nice” to some while rude to others. Place also smelt very very strongly of incense the last time I was there. I have a lot more to say but I’ll save that for later, have to go get my nails re-done now. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Terrible service. Won’t be returning. The nail technician left during my nails being done to smoke. Leon also missed parts of my nail with the bright red nail polish. Was also judging the red color I selected. Tried overcharging for my daughter’s nails too. He argued with the technician about what she put on her ticket after the nails were completed for my daughter. It was very uncomfortable hearing him scold the worker. Very rude!!!

I am so happy that I started using Aria Nail Lounge. Their gel builder product looks great, and holds up between appointments. Leon, Nicole, and the rest of the staff are always friendly, and the cleanliness is top notch. Thank you for getting my nails holiday ready, and for the adorable Christmas gift.
