Aria Nail Spa

Made an appointment for a clear polish manicure. Cost $30. They spent a total of 15 minutes on my nails. Literally 15 minutes. Did not cut or file any hangnails. Did not remove dry skin. When I tried to explain to the owner, was told they do a “normal job” and that anything extra such as trimming hangnails would be something I have to request. I asked if he was happy with the job they’d done, and he said yes. Personally, I think my nails look terrible (see photos) and I can’t believe they think it’s appropriate to do a manicure in 15 minutes. I am going home to remove this polish, moisturize my hands, nails, and cuticles, trim my hangnails, and repaint them myself.

Went here based off a friend’s recommendation and I loved it. The place was nice and clean. Sia did a great job on my pedicure & my gel-x full set. Deff will come back

I was really excited to try Aria after seeing their work on Instagram and TikTok and chose them for my bachelorette nails. I stopped in on a Saturday and was told they had availability for a Gel X manicure and pedicure. Pricing and services were confirmed multiple times. Once the services started, the environment became very uncomfortable. The technician was visibly upset, pulling my arm and filing aggressively. It appeared they were closing early that night, but this was never communicated to me when I was told they had availability. I even simplified my request to French tips to help speed things up. Mid-service, I was asked to pay before my nails were finished, which felt unnecessary and awkward. I paid $180 and tipped well, despite the tension. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t matc
