Aria Nail Spa

Today was my first visit and I must say that i am impressed. Booking an appointment online was super easy. When I arrived the nail salon looked really nice and my services started on time without a wait. I can truly say I'll be back

I was a walk in and was immediately attended to by Peter. He was helpful in choosing a color and escorting me to my chair. He offered something to drink and promptly provided a glass of wine. I received the Deluxe Voesh with gel and his massage ability was on point! He was generous with his time and allowed me to rest and enjoy my experience. I highly recommend Peter and the salon. Very clean and you must come and see the gorgeous orchids Peter is responsible for growing.

Scheduled a pedicure here, the initial opinion of the place was good, as it is pretty inside and their nail polish collection looks pretty new. I’m giving 2 stars because a roach fell on top of me when I was getting my pedicure done … I dont know where it came from but fell on my arm and traveled to my legs lol and with this being my first time there I was expecting a discount at the end of my service or something to make up for a roach falling on top of me but I did not get anything offered to me lol so I wont be returning. I’d give the pedicure a 6/10 because I felt the service was rushed too. Cute place in a convenient location but I wont be returning. On, I paid $65 for the pedicure not including the tip …

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING! LOOK AT PHOTOS I booked an appointment with my friend, and they couldn’t find it. She received good customer service. & her nails are up to pair but we both that this place would be amazing. I had a horrible experience here. Especially with customer service! My nails are lumpy and you can’t see the French part. And the French looks horrible . I didn’t get the manicure to clean my cuticles . The person would die my pedicure was rude and clearly upset with me or maybe they had something going on but I continue to be nice. I then proceed to get a full set and the service was horrible. They charge extra for everything! I even medium length. Also, anything outside of square or round is a specialty shape apparently. And it’s a length charge if it goes past your fingert

Edit to add: I now go here once a month for my dip powder. Gabby & Diana are my faves!! So welcoming & sweet & does an excellent job! Original review: This was my first time at Aria & it is the most beautiful salon I’ve stepped foot in in the Columbia area!!! I called ahead to make an appointment & told them it was my lunch break, he initially asked if I could come a little later & I said no & he said they’d be able to accommodate me. They greet you when walking in, offer you a drink, TONS of colors to choose from, & the woman who did my nails was wonderful! I did the dip powder & she was extremely meticulous while being quick which I really appreciate. I’ve tried many salons and it seems like you can’t have perfect nails done quickly anywhere else!! I’ll definitely continue going here.
