I've been going for years and Ceecee is consistently super quick which helps the process of getting waxed, anyone who has experience getting waxed knows it can be painful. However, her quick pace allows me to tolerate the experience without trouble. I appreciate it very much. Definitely going back per usual. Thx Again

So, this was my first time getting waxed in forever. Lol. I got there and I didn't know what to get. I believe it was the owner who greeted me and gave me a brief overview of the wax procedures. Show helped me decide and Chasity came in and helped me relax. She was fast and efficient. Last minute I added my lower legs and the other young lady was such a joy to work with (Sorry, I forgot her name but she did IT for HD). All in all, it was a great experience. The place was clean and had a nice aroma. The music and staff were on point. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Prices are super reasonable.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL … it’s says the days they’re open are Monday through Friday. I took a uber up here for them to be CLOSED on MONDAY. Then i just wanted a reasoning for why they’re not open she decided to get a smart attitude talking about “because i needed a day off” well if you’re going to pick days off stop saying you’re open Monday through Sunday. You have other girls working here then could have been here while you took your “day off”

I booked an appointment March 15 for 1pm for a Brazilian wax the individual I booked for I was informed when I arrived she was not in Basically She was not there … very last minute. I was told to wait and sit in a room With no ETA of when they would start on me I walk out and ask the lady What time would someone be in to start my service She tells me without any form of “ same day appointments are considered a walk in" With out any acknowledgement that I booked days in advance ( March 15th to be exact ) I informed her that I booked my appointment on March 15th And the person I booked with is not here Which is a inconvenience if that individual was going to be a "no show" then why wasn't I acknowledged or informed, so inconsiderate and to think I'm a walk in was very rude To sit me in
