I am very pleased with the service I received today! I originally booked with a young lady that does do children's hair, but she did not complete the look. The owner (who usually only does clients 21 and up) and another young lady were incredibly patient and gentle with my son (he is very tender headed). They were amazing and I appreciate them! I would recommend them to anyone looking for this service.

Had a loc appointment today and I am VERY upset with the results. If I could give a negative I would. To start she was 30 mins late. I booked a consultation to see if I needed loc repair and she was asking ME what I thought needed to be repaired. I thought the consultation was for the PROFESSIONAL to tell me what could and could not be repaired. Instead she cut off a good number of locs with out trying to see what could be repaired. Seems like she just didn’t want to do it. I will admit, my hair was rough but she was no help. My hair wash lasted less than 10 mins. I could have done a better job at home. She did a style that was soo tight I had to take it down once home. When I took it down I was devastated. The product she used is so thick and sticky. My hair feels disgusting! You can see

Had an appointment today at 12:30 noon. Arrived to a locked door in the back of the store and I had to go find an employee to open the door as no one answered and I knocked several times. I went to the back and me and two other ladies where confused as to what do we do or who do we talk to about our appointments. So off top the experience was lacking. Finally found someone and they said to wait in waiting room. The owner showed up 40 minutes late and then I didn’t go to the shampoo chair until 1:20. Hair didn’t get washed until 1:45. AND it was another lady there that had an appt at 1:00 and she washed and retwisted her hair BEFORE me. There was never a Greeting “hello how are you today or nothing” just a “who you booked with”. There was never any acknowledgment on how late the appointment

Coming here was a very unique experience. I booked a appointment for small starter locs. I loved the experience and every detail about this establishment. I received outstanding customer service and hospitality from every employee while I was here. I will continue to book my appointment at this establishment.

I honestly had no problems with the establishment before today. I can say there isn’t much of a welcoming vibe and you can’t sit inside with your child. Today my son had a 6pm appointment we arrived early and the lady says “you have a 6 o’clock appointment, he comes often and cries huh” and then proceeds to say “I can’t do it, maybe someone else can”. My son is VERY VERY tender headed and he does cry, I will say that. My problem is, she didn’t communicate any problems last time to lead me to believe that I should find someone else and last time she was 30 minutes late for the appointment and we were the first appointment of the day (I didn’t complain). She then starts whispering to another worker, they are making funny facial expressions and laughing and she never acknowledged that we were
