Kathleen cut my hair and curled it. When i straightened it days later it looked like a butcher had done it. It was soooo uneven and didnt matvh the other side. The blending was non existent. When I tried to get it fixed, I couldn't make the sppt because of the storm and then she picked other days I couldn't make it...she also got mad when venmo took a portion of payment but that's not my fault.

Each time that I go into the salon is a pleasant one. The staff is always smiling and friendly. I have had my hairdresser Donna DiFranco for over 22 years and I wouldn't change her for the world. She always does exactly what I want and need. She is amazing. She is so flexible with her time and squeezes me in whenever she can. When she is working on me, she makes me feel special and I leave there feeling like a million bucks. The place is small enough that every other hairdresser knows my name and greets me as well. Can't say enough good things. Love you guys.

Donna is great. The atmosphere this shop makes you feel like family.
