Artistic Nail Salon

I absolutely love my birthday nails that this salon did for me. They were super sweet I do not know the nail techs name who did my nails but she did an amazing job especially with the design on my nails. This was also my first time ever getting design on my nails and the pricing was decent it wasn’t to expensive for a full acrylic set with design and my eyebrows waxed I would highly recommend this salon if new to the area like I am.

Customer service was great! The pedicure was also so amazing! They are the only reason for the 2 stars. The website says full sets start at $35. The total for the set below came to $95. When asked about how they ended up being $95, the lady stated the starting cost was $50. It’s a full acrylic set with duck shape and gel polish. So it’s seems for the shape and polish it was an additional $45? Wayyyyy over priced. When I asked how much it would have been with a design on all 10 fingers I was quoted $150. Good work, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion for what I got.

I frequented this salon in the past when living closer to it for a short time. When my tech for over 6 years went on a sabbatical, I decided to try it again, since it still had some good reviews. I was not impressed with my visit. I just wanted a fill, it took over an hour, and when I got to the register it was over $51 with a supposed discount included. I asked the tech, why did she charge me for 3 repairs. I know one had "lifted" a little but she did not remove a nail nor replace it with a new tip, so how are you charging $15 for those three nails when you are filling them in the same way you did the other 7??? Also, you should communicate that to the customer if they are going to be charged before proceeding. I also asked to see the price list, (twice) which is not posted anywhere, it's

It was absolutely great. My tech was awesome Linda I believe her name is. The only issue is when I checked in for my 12 appointment the ladies that came after me for a 12 appt as well was called back before me. The other thing is I asked for the jelly pedicure for 60 but when I went to pay it was 85. I dont know why the price was different from what is put in the book. I will be coming back but I dont want to pay 85 for a pedicure.

I am a very tough woman to please. And I’ve visited three different nails salons, two of which are considered luxury/high-end salons that did not quite hit the mark for me. But these artists! Oh my, they did not fail me at all. I am blown away by the meticulous attention to detail, the skill level, and kindness. I had an amazing pedicure, followed by a full set of liquid gel nails that were perfectly shaped and leveled. My technicians listened to me and delivered on every single detail I asked for. The nails are thin, feel so light, and I LOVE the art. I am grateful to have finally found a nail salon that I love and want to return to. Thank you so much for that. See y’all in a couple weeks.
