Artistic Nails

I decided to visit Artistic Nails after seeing a TikTok video where a customer mentioned getting a gel pedicure for $20. However, when I went in, I was charged $45 for a basic gel pedicure, not the pedicure I was expecting. I wasn’t too bothered by the price at first, but what really frustrated me was that the polish started chipping only a couple of hours later definitely not what I expect from a gel manicure. Overall, the experience felt disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this salon. It didn’t live up to the quality or value I was expecting.

Do not go for a pedicure if you set up an appointment, make sure that it’s properly set up. Employees will argue with you, even though they are wrong. They were really nice to me the first time I was there and then when I came back, they had scheduled me for a pedicure. I did not want another pedicure. I explain to them why I did not want another pedicure because of this and then they argued with me.. because I had been scheduled for a pedicure before I had to wait an hour and a half to get my nails done and I don’t have time for that so I left.

This was my first time going here and my last because these people do not listen. The best of my acrylic toes are terrible. I told him I did not like it. They wanted to charge me extra for not liking you. These people do not know how to do nails I don’t recommend it for nobody. They’re nice people, but the nails aren’t.

I went to this salon to get my nails done for my birthday, mind you i came with two styles just in case i couldn’t afford the one i originally wanted. when i went in there i showed them the picture of what i wanted and asked how much it would be, the lady started talking to the guy and said it would be $90 but they would let me pay $65 so i said okay. while he was drilling my nails it started to hurt a little bit , this man was literally drilling my skin and he kept doing it to all my other fingers, he then started to paint my nails and lord i’ve never seen anything like it i personally thought i was being pranked. the design was sloppy and my fingers were bleeding and in pain. he didn’t even cut my nails underneath. if you ever need your nails done please save your time and go somewhere e

If I could give this place zero stars, I would!! To begin, HYGIENE was non existant!!! This place needs to be reported for inspection!! The nail tech wiped off the cuticle clipper and was about to use disgustingly unclean tools on me with leftover cuticle remains from the previous customer as well as questionable buildup!!!!!!!!! If you zoom into the image, you will see a little of what i could capture of the buildup on the tools. Their bathroom was absolutely disgusting and looked as if it wasn't tended to for YEARS!!!! They take no pride in keeping their surroundings or tools clean, so I knew they weren't doing to take pride in their work or care for my health/well-being. I had to leave without finishing my service. This place is an infection waiting to happen!
