I have been coming to Artiva for 13 years and in all that time I've never left without a work of art on my nails. Always top customer service, zen atmosphere, quality products, good conversation and compliments from total strangers on the artwork each and every time. If you are looking for a higher end spa type experience this is the place.

I was given a gift card to this salon and I’m so glad it encouraged me to come visit. I got a pedicure by Kiera and it was possibly the best pedicure I’ve ever been given. The environment is clean, modern, and a place I could hang out all day in. Every staff member was incredibly kind and accommodating. I got to pick a signature scent for my pedicure scrub and it was so hard to make a selection because all of them sounded divine! Kiera was thoughtful, took her time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. This salon is smaller and has a dedicated client base (I see why!) so getting scheduled isn’t as easy as other salons, especially if you need a weekend appointment. I can’t wait to come back and hopefully become a regular client myself in the future.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! I got acrylic nails done by Shea on 6/29/2024. She didn’t lay the acrylic all the way on the nail. It looked like it already had 1-2 weeks of growth on a freshly done acrylic. Then today exactly a week later two nails fell off. UPDATE: It is exactly 9 days since I got my nails done and all but 1 nail has lifted and popped off. I contacted the owner, Heather, who gave me a call. I explained the situation and requested a redo of the service or a refund. I explained that this was unacceptable and that I wasn’t pleased with the service. She would not give me a refund or redo my nails because I made a negative google review. I am very upset and disappointed for how expensive it was. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am really disappointed and will definitely not go back.

My pedicure with Jacqui was remarkable. She is so gentle and calm. Nothing about the appt was rushed which was a really nice departure from my previous nail salon experiences. Jacqui has a healing touch that made the foot and leg massage the best I ever had. Oh yes and my toes look great! I highly recommend Jacqui! 💕

This space was incredibly vibey and relaxing! I was greeted right away and felt comfortable. My artist was Shea, she made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job with my nails!! I’m new to nails so she took time to explain what options there were and didn’t make me feel dumb for not being sure about things. Absolutely loved my experience and will be back!!
