Art's Barber Shop

A few warnings before you come to Art. A) if you are going to make an appointment, be sure you arrive early - as in 15-30 min. early. The reason why is that if he has a walk-in and you are not sitting there waiting, he will take the walk-in and then you are pushed back until after the walk-in is done. I was in the chair when a father and his young son walked in and asked Art if he took credit cards. Art replied that he was not set up for credit cards, so the gentleman and his son went to an ATM. Where this magical machine was located, I have no idea, but when Art was done with me, the gentleman had not returned from his ATM run. Art took the walk-in, When I walked out, not 5 minutes AFTER Art finished with me, the man returned from his ATM run. \Warning 2: Art is only set up for cash. Come

I like Art. Tried a few other places when I first moved to the area 3 years ago but was never satisfied. Found him online and have been a regular ever since. More than reasonable prices, interestin' conversation and a cozy, ol'-time atmosphere. Doesn't BS ya. Does a good job and it's on to the next guy. What's there not to like?

If you're looking for a good old-fashioned haircut I mean the way that hair should be cut not when you walk into somebody salon and they say to you and you said on do you want a one or two if you want a regular good haircut then art would be your Barber

Art has been cutting my hair since I was a kid! He’s friendly, skilled, and reasonably priced. Give this man a tip!

i have been going to art since i was 13 years old. That was over 50 years ago. I wouldn't trust my haircut to anyone else!
