If I could rate 0 out of 0 I would .... Completely disgusted with what they did to my daughters nails.... What a waste of $75! (No tip!!) I'm shocked they're still in business!!! Last photo is what she asked for.... Suck an easy basic design and they completely failed.... Also had my child almost in tears when she left from being so rough when filing.... Her fingers were bleeding but I didn't get pictures.... I just know I will not recommend to anyone!

We were allowed wedding party, appointment @3:30. My daughter and I arrived together with my granddaughter. My daughter and I waited approximately 30 minutes before we were tended to, offered a spot that I took. Mind you they were doing walkins while we were waiting. My daughter didn't get done while 3 or 4 walkins were taken. ) ; it depends on the tech about the outcome of your nails, mine were fair, my daughters were awful ;( NEVER AGAIN

I had a really great experience here with Andy. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. He spent ample time on my cuticles which really needed help! 😆 I found the salon to be clean and welcoming. My manicure ended with a longer than expected (and very good!) shoulder massage. I will definitely return. Edit: I don’t go here anymore unfortunately. I had about three rushed and poor quality manicures in a row. When I got a pedicure, they tried to use a scrubber on my foot that they had just used on the person next to me. I almost passed dead away 💀 I hope they can improve but for now, I go elsewhere.

This was THE WORST manicure ever!! I had my nails at the length that I wanted them to stay and told the guy twice to "LEAVE THEM LONG". clearly he did not understand me. I should have walked out after the first two he cut. He went to town cutting them all below my finger tips. Nothing but ten stubby fingernails. Why? Who wants their nails that short!! The polish was thick and goopy and one nail peeled off in the car. I will never return there.........

I have been getting either acrylic or gel Powder manicures & pedicures for over a decade and specifically at Art Nail Spa for the last year and have been happy with all the technicians I have had. Never have I had such a bad experience as I did today! I had who I assume was the manager that had the cordless phone to answer business calls. Of course they don’t wear name tags so I couldn’t tell you her name. Anyways as she was beginning to do my nails she stopped while using the dremel tool to look at her personal cell phone several times ( not just during expected soaking times which I could understand ). Then she was talking to text. Then she went into a full phone conversation with an ear pod all while trying to do my nails. Absolutely no respect for me as a paying customer. Becaus
