Asha SalonSpa Rockford

This is my 3rd time at Asha Spa for the same service. The first 2 times the service was excellent and the price was good. Today I go for the same service with a different technician because the one I had previously had was unavailable. Still the service was good but I was charged $20 more. When I asked the receptionist why, she said because the technician I had today was at a different level. I asked why wasn't I notified about the price change when I booked my appointment? No response. I feel I should have been notified of the price increase. I could have easily rescheduled to have the technician I had for my first 2 visit. Makes me question their intentions.

My facial with Jackie today was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, she created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Jackie’s expertise and gentle approach made the entire experience so relaxing, and my skin feels refreshed, smooth, and glowing. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and professional facial. I will definitely will be back!!

I’ve noticed some small changes around Asha recently, and they’ve truly made a difference — the space and staff feels refreshed and even more inviting. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now, and each visit has been a great experience. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The girls at the desk are truly the sweetest and always remember who I am when I walk in. You can tell the employees genuinely enjoy working here and care about each client’s experience. I’ve seen multiple girls for my nails and leave happy every time. I look forward to coming back in again next month!

I had my first facial at Asha with Kierra tonight. She did an amazing job! Very professional, and rekaxing! I will be coming back!

Yareli has been working on my hair for about 3 months now, and it's been a very pleasant ride. The first time I came, there was another customer who was wild and likely unloved, who made the experience very stressful. She did her best to defend me, and still offered a great cut. As my hair has gotten used to the cut she gave me, I'm extremely pleased.
