Asian Massage One

I came in at 8pm without booking and was told I could have a half hour massage. It was $50 and I was told to pay in advance in a rather curt manner. The place was cold and the masseuse asked if I was cold and turned on a little space heater. However, after a short time she insisted the temperature was OK and turned it off although I was clearly very cold. I asked her to turn it back on and she relented. The massage itself was done with nearly no pressure nor attentiveness to where my muscles were sore and knotted. It felt as performative as a massage could feel and when I left she had the gall to ask about a tip. It's really unfortunate because if it was a place with quality and care I would be there for the massage 3-4 days a week but given how I was treated I do not think I will be ret

It was a really good massage, however, one thing that I did not like is the paying up front. To me it doesn’t make any sense if you want to give someone a tip how am I gonna know what tip to give them? I haven’t had my massage yet :-)

They charge way too much for the poor service they give. They make you pay before the massage and I would not be surprised if a few people have walked out on them because of how poor the massages are. The lady at the end even asked for a tip, I didn't have cash so I said next time, which I would have given a 2nd try to see if a different massage lady was better, but the lady that gave me a massage said "you lie" referring that I wouldn't give her a tip next time, and she is right because I'm not going back after that rude comment.

Not a professional or effective massage. Feels like this place is a front for below board activities.
