The full body massage was thorough and well done. Every area received proper attention. The transitions between movements felt smooth and natural. My shoulders, back, and legs all felt much lighter afterward. The therapist maintained consistent pressure throughout. I never felt rushed or overlooked. It was a complete and relaxing session overall.

WOW!! The cashier was super helpful. Per usual, the kitchen tried to ignore my "yellow rice" with "white rice" but, we got it straight in the end. Honestly, my experience with other Pollo Tropicals, is (1) ask for what I want and then (2) eat whatever I get. I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've actually gotten what I asked for. 😆

The therapist immediately made a positive impression when I arrived. She was neatly presented, confident, and spoke in a calm, courteous, and easy-to-follow manner. She clearly explained everything and took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully. Throughout the session, she remained professional, attentive, and respectful, making the entire experience feel comfortable. Her communication and overall presence truly enhanced the visit.

Ok massage by Angela, but as soon as she flipped me over the shakedown commenced. "How much tip you have?" And then there were offers for other things Even brought in another girl to try and close the deal. Did not bite, won't be going back. There are other places cheaper and more professional.

We went to the massage place and didnt believe it was 24 hours but an attendant did answer the door after midnight. She turned us away saying they were busy and told us to find another open spa up the road. The door said walk-ins were welcome. Why was this the first result on google for massage services? Never going back. This is not a professional massage business.
