Asian Nails

I have tried this place a few times, and I end up disappointed everytime no matter the technician. They use a dremel file to take off regular nail laqure (not gel just regular old fashioned polish) instead of nail polish remover. They scarred my nails and making them thin and fragile. 4 months later I'm still growing out the scarred section. And I requested a callus removal to be added to my pedicure and the guy complained my callus was to big and just didn't even try. Didn't use the softening gel or anything. I was able to do it myself with only a little effort. They take so many shortcuts to save time or because they simply didn't feel like doing the work and it's at the detriment of the customer every time. Never returning.

I'm going to tentatively give them 2 stars pending their response to my issues later today. Went there 4 days ago with my mom who goes there all the time. We were seated quickly- myself getting a pedicure & a gel mani, my mom got a fill in & gel color on both nails & toes. The woman who did my nails was very nice & the pedicure was wonderful. I've never gotten gel nails done & my nail tech & my mom's nail tech told me its so long lasting & wonderful. Got them done white with silver tips & they looked nice. Between my mother & I plus our tips we spent about $190.00. Once I got home, I noticed some thin spots & a few places that were done on the sides of my nails, not a crisis. Today is Saturday & the polish on both my pointer fingers has completely lifted off & its lifting/peeling on every

Would do 0 stars if it let me. Got a full set, she took MAYBE 45 min to do which is super fast I got a little flower design. My nails HURT they were thick and I asked multiple times to make shorter and thinner which was ignored. I left filed them a bit at home and booked with someone else who confirmed steps were clearly missed and my nails were far too thick. Not sure how it is allowed to be done so poorly and rushed. Would never recommend nor would I return. I regret leaving and not asking them to be taken off, my mistake but a so called professionals should not be able to get away with doing work so poorly. So so happy with them now, went to sunny nails in Rocky point !

So disgusted with this place. Went in for a simple gel French manicure and the technician couldn’t execute. After attempting 6 times I kindly asked if she wanted to have someone else do it. She told me it was impossible to do because it was on my real nails. Never in my life have I heard such a thing. After they told me they were too busy to pass me off to someone else they told me I had to pay for them doing my cuticles and applying a clear coat of gel. After I told them it was unacceptable they told me I need to remove the clear gel they applied. The tech literally spent 30 min soaking off what she started. No apology, no accountability, nothing. I've been going here for a few years now on and off. I never had a bad experience here. The Nail Tech's are all friendly and do nice work. I can't stand when nails are wide and fake looking. They don't do that here. They really make them look natural unless you ask for something unusual lol.
